The Louise diamanté heart necklace is a sterling silver memorial necklace with a heart pendant set with sparkling cubic zirconia and a standard chain. Each pendant is handmade to hold a small inclusion of ashes, hair or fur, creating a personal keepsake to wear close.

Personalisation

Choose a colour for the resin setting from the available options. An engraved initial plate is available for an additional £5; add your requested initial in the Special Instructions box when ordering. The colour options show the available finishes.

The Ordering Process

Place your order through our website and receive a free collection pack, including a secure box, instructions, and an ashes pouch. Once ready, return it to us using your preferred postal service (return postage is the customer’s responsibility).

Step 2

Once your loved one’s ashes are returned to us, we will confirm their safe arrival via email. From that point, you will receive regular updates at each stage of the process, so you can follow your jewellery’s journey from creation through to completion.

Once we receive the ashes back to our office we will start creating your jewellery.

We'll also send you an email confirming safe receipt.

Step 4

Step 4

We’ll notify you when your jewellery is ready. Your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail using the delivery service selected at checkout, and tracking details will be emailed to you. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Your jewellery will be carefully gift-wrapped and will include care instructions, along with any unused ashes returned to you.
