By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Our Jewellery
Every piece is handmade and unique.
Due to the nature of resin and natural inclusions such as ashes or hair:
- Slight variations may occur
- Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting
- Tiny natural bubbles or textures may be present
These characteristics form part of the handcrafted process and do not constitute faults.
2. Ordering Process
By placing an order with Heavenly Gems, you are commissioning a bespoke, personalised item.
Once your order is placed, you will receive instructions and a collection pack (where applicable) to send your ashes or inclusions.
Production will begin once your inclusions have been safely received.
3. Sending Ashes or Inclusions
Customers are responsible for securely packaging and sending ashes or materials to us.
We recommend using tracked or signed-for delivery.
Once received, ashes are handled with dignity, care, and respect.
Unused ashes will be safely returned with your completed jewellery unless otherwise agreed.
4. Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers, including Shopify Payments and Klarna.
We do not store full card details.
5. Cancellations
Orders for personalised jewellery may only be cancelled before ashes or inclusions have been sent to us.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled due to the bespoke nature of the item.
6. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
As our jewellery is personalised, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty.
7. Liability
We cannot be held responsible for:
- Delays caused by postal or courier services
- Loss or damage of ashes or materials during transit to us
- Damage resulting from failure to follow the Jewellery Care Guide
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
