Heavenly Gems is an independent, family run memorial jewellery company founded in 2020 by Kelsey and Leigh and based in Blackwood, South Wales.

What began through personal loss grew into a business built around one simple belief: when someone we love is gone, the connection we have with them should not have to feel distant. It can become something meaningful that you can hold, wear and carry with you every day.

Our journey began after Kelsey lost her mum. Searching for a meaningful way to keep her close introduced us to memorial jewellery and ultimately inspired us to create Heavenly Gems.

Today, we create handcrafted memorial jewellery for families across Wales and throughout the UK.

Every piece is personally created by us. Nothing is mass produced and your jewellery is never passed through a factory. From the moment your precious inclusions arrive with us until your finished piece is carefully packaged and returned, it remains in our care.

We specialise in creating personalised memorial jewellery using ashes, hair, pet fur and breast milk. We also offer personalised engraving including names, dates, fingerprints, paw prints, baby prints and handwriting.

Our jewellery is created using high quality materials including 925 Sterling Silver, 9ct Gold, Tungsten Carbide and other carefully selected materials depending on the piece.

When you send us something as precious as your loved one’s ashes, hair or another meaningful inclusion, we understand the trust you are placing in us.

Every inclusion is handled with care, dignity and respect, just as we would want our own family to be treated.

Each piece is carefully handcrafted and individually created. No two pieces will ever be exactly the same because no two memories, relationships or stories are the same.

For many of our customers, ordering memorial jewellery is much more than simply purchasing a piece of jewellery.

That is why we try to make the entire process as simple, clear and supportive as possible. From ordering and sending your inclusions to the creation and delivery of your jewellery, we guide you through every stage and keep you updated along the way.

There is no large call centre and no production line. If you have a question or need reassurance at any point, you can speak directly to us.
