Heavenly Gems was never meant to be just a jewellery business.
It started with a simple and deeply personal belief that when someone we love is gone, the connection we have with them should not feel distant or abstract. It should feel close and something you can hold, wear and carry with you every single day.
We are a small family run business, created and run by the two of us, Kelsey and Leigh, proudly based in the UK. Every piece of jewellery that leaves our hands has been carefully made by us. Nothing is mass produced and nothing is passed through a factory. That matters because we understand what you are trusting us with.
When you send us your loved one’s ashes, hair or other precious inclusions, we treat them with the same level of care, respect and attention that we would our own family. This is not just a process to us. It is personal.
Each piece is handcrafted using high quality materials including 925 Sterling Silver and 9ct Gold, and carefully set with your chosen inclusions inside a smooth polished resin. No two pieces are ever the same. Every item tells its own story. Your story.
We understand that for many of our customers, this is not just a purchase. It is an emotional step and often part of the healing process. That is why we keep everything simple, clear and supportive from the very beginning. We stay in touch throughout your order so you always know exactly what stage your jewellery is at.
