Jewellery Care & Refurbishment

We understand how meaningful your jewellery is and the memories it represents. Each piece is designed to be worn, treasured and kept close for many years to come. Like all jewellery, a little care in day to day wear will help preserve its appearance and ensure it continues to look its best over time. By taking a few simple precautions, you can protect both the materials and the special inclusions within your piece, allowing it to remain a lasting and meaningful keepsake.

Timeless Elegance

Every piece of jewellery we create is made using high quality materials, including sterling silver and solid gold, chosen for both beauty and durability.

Our silver jewellery is carefully finished to help protect it from everyday wear, keeping your piece looking its best for longer. Like all jewellery, it may naturally change over time, but with the right care, it will remain a lasting and meaningful keepsake.

Because these pieces carry such personal meaning, we focus not just on how they look, but how they last, so your memories stay with you for years to come.

All of our jewellery is carefully crafted using high quality materials and is tested to meet UK standards, including regulations for nickel and cadmium content.

We also offer a refurbishment service to help keep your jewellery looking its best over time. Each piece includes one complimentary refurbishment, provided the care guidelines have been followed.

After this, any further refurbishment is available for a fixed fee of £35. This service covers minor repairs, polishing and restoring your piece as close to its original condition as possible. If a repair is not possible, we will always contact you to discuss the best options.

If you require this service, please message us directly on Facebook Messenger or alternatively contact us through our website.

Jewellery Care Guide

Follow these simple steps to keep your pieces looking pristine and brilliant.

01

Take it off when doing housework

Harsh chemicals found in cleaning products will damage the finish of your jewellery piece instantly. Rings, in particular, can be easily bent or scratched.

02

Take it off when you are showering / bathing

We recommend that you remove all jewellery when showering or bathing as even everyday products such as shampoo or bodywash can damage the finish.

03

Take it off when sunbathing / nail salon

UV rays can damage the finish of your jewellery with the resin becoming damaged by extreme heat or light. Do not wear rings when placing nails under UV/LED light boxes.

04

Take it off when swimming

Swimming, in either chlorinated pool water or salty sea water, is extremely damaging to the Rhodium plating and the resin on your jewellery.

05

Take it off when applying perfume / hand sanitiser

It’s best to remove your jewellery when applying perfume, cosmetics, hair spray, lotions and hand sanitisers as these contain harsh chemicals.

06

Be careful not to knock your jewellery

Hitting a hard surface will bend and damage jewellery, and can cause crystals to be lost.

All of our jewellery is carefully handcrafted using high quality materials and with close attention to detail.

If you experience any issues with your piece, please contact us and we will always do our best to help. In cases where a fault is identified as part of the making process, we will work with you to put this right.

As our jewellery is delicate and often worn daily, general wear and tear or damage caused by not following care instructions is not covered.

We also offer a refurbishment service to help restore your jewellery over time, which includes one complimentary refurbishment where care guidelines have been followed. Any further refurbishment is available for a fixed fee.

Our jewellery is crafted using high quality materials, including sterling silver, 9ct gold and tungsten, chosen for both durability and lasting meaning.

With regular wear, finishes may naturally fade over time. Exposure to chemicals such as cleaning products, perfumes or lotions can cause metals to oxidise, which may lead to discolouration. This is a natural process and can happen with any piece of jewellery.

As many of our pieces include resin to hold meaningful inclusions such as ashes, we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals and impact to help preserve your jewellery.

If refinishing is needed, this is typically required every 12 to 24 months depending on wear. If using a local jeweller, please ensure they are aware your piece contains resin.
