Our standard turnaround time is up to 6 weeks from the date we receive your ashes, hair, fur or other inclusion. However, most orders are usually completed much sooner, often around 14 days depending on stock and the type of piece ordered. Once your jewellery is ready, we will dispatch it using a tracked delivery service and send you the tracking details.

As most of our jewellery is handmade, personalised or made to order, memorial jewellery made with ashes, hair, fur, breast milk, fingerprints, handwriting, engraving, resin colours or any other personal inclusion cannot be returned for a change of mind once production or personalisation has started. This does not affect your statutory rights. If your item is faulty, incorrect, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Non-personalised items, where applicable, may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn and returned in their original condition.

At the moment, Heavenly Gems only ships within the UK. This helps us keep the ashes collection and return process safe, secure and fully tracked.

Once your jewellery has been completed and dispatched, we will email you with your tracking information. If you have sent ashes, hair, fur or another inclusion back to us, we always recommend using a tracked postal service so you can follow its journey safely to us.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna where available. Payment options will be shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.
