How to Order

Creating your memorial jewellery is a deeply personal journey, and we are here to guide you every step of the way.

Once you have chosen your piece and placed your order, we will send you an ashes collection pack. This includes everything you need to safely return a small amount of ashes to us:

• A secure, sealable pouch
• Clear step-by-step instructions
• A padded return envelope
• A ring sizer (if required)

When we receive your collection pack, we will begin carefully crafting your chosen piece. Each item is handmade with care, respect, and attention to detail, ensuring your loved one’s memory is preserved in a truly meaningful way.

We will keep you updated throughout the process, so you always know how your piece is progressing.

Secure Delivery

All items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 with signature confirmation where applicable. While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, once an item has been dispatched and is in transit, responsibility lies with the courier. We recommend monitoring tracking updates closely.

The Ordering Process

Place an order on our website or request a free order pack.

Alternatively, give us a call and we'll gladly assist.

Step 2

If you placed an order online then you will receive an ashes collection pack in the post.

If you requested a free order pack, this will also be sent in the post along with an order form.

Step 3

Once we receive the ashes back to our office we will start creating your jewellery.

We'll also send you an email confirming safe receipt.

Step 4

We'll let you know when your jewellery is ready.

We despatch using a next working day courier and tracking information will be emailed to you. A signature will be required.

Step 5

Your jewellery will be beautifully gift-wrapped and will contain a warranty certificate and care instructions, along with any unused ashes.
