Thank you for trusting Heavenly Gems with something so meaningful. Every piece we create is handcrafted with care and respect.
1. Production Time
Each piece is individually handcrafted once we have safely received your ashes or inclusions.
Our turnaround time can take up to 6 weeks. However, most orders are completed within approximately 14 days, depending on stock availability and supplier lead times.
We will keep you updated throughout the process and notify you of any unexpected delays.
We provide updates at each stage of your order, including when we receive your ashes, when your jewellery is being created, and when your order has been dispatched.
2. Ashes Collection Pack
Once your order has been placed, we will send a free ashes collection pack to your address.
This includes:
- Instructions on how to safely send your inclusions
- A secure pouch for a small amount of ashes
Customers are responsible for returning the ashes to us using a tracked or signed-for delivery service. We recommend using secure, double-sealed packaging for peace of mind.
Heavenly Gems Limited cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage during transit to us.
3. UK Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Once your jewellery has been completed, it will be dispatched within 1–2 working days.
All completed jewellery is sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24, which typically delivers within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
For higher-value or particularly sentimental pieces, we may use Royal Mail Special Delivery for additional insurance and protection.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
4. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@heavenlygems.co.uk as soon as possible.
We will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue and ensure a suitable outcome.
