We only need a very small amount of ashes to create your ashes jewellery. Once you place your order, we will send you a secure ashes collection kit with clear instructions, so you know exactly what to send back to us. Any unused ashes will be safely returned with your finished jewellery.
Your loved one’s ashes are carefully incorporated into the resin part of your chosen jewellery. The ashes can be visible within the design or blended more subtly, depending on the style and finish you choose. Every piece is handmade with care, respect and attention to detail, creating a personal memorial keepsake that is unique to you.
Our standard turnaround time is up to 6 weeks from the date we receive your ashes or other inclusion. Most ashes jewellery orders are usually completed much sooner, often around 14 days depending on stock and the type of piece ordered. Once your jewellery is complete, we will dispatch it using a tracked delivery service and send you the tracking details.
