The Ordering Process
Step 1
Place your order through our website and receive a free collection pack, including a secure box, instructions, and an ashes pouch. Once ready, return it to us using your preferred postal service (return postage is the customer’s responsibility).
Step 2
Once your loved one’s ashes are returned to us, we will confirm their safe arrival via email. From that point, you will receive regular updates at each stage of the process, so you can follow your jewellery’s journey from creation through to completion.
Step 3
Once we receive the ashes back to our office we will start creating your jewellery.
We'll also send you an email confirming safe receipt.
Step 4
We’ll notify you when your jewellery is ready. Your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail using the delivery service selected at checkout, and tracking details will be emailed to you. A signature may be required upon delivery.
Step 5
Your jewellery will be carefully gift-wrapped and will include care instructions, along with any unused ashes returned to you.
