Ordering Process
Heavenly Gems has a growing selection of cremation ashes jewellery to choose from.
Once you have selected and ordered your chosen piece we will send out an ashes collection kit which includes the following:
- Sealable pouch
- Instructions on what to do and how to send back
- Padded envelope
- A ring sizer (if required)
Once we have received the ashes collection kit back, we will start the process of crafting your jewellery and keep you up to date with how it’s coming along.
Product Stock
If you see one of our pieces of jewellery and the website isn’t showing your size in stock, please drop us a message as we can try and order stock in for you.
Liability
It is extremely important that customers read and adhere to the aftercare instructions as we cannot be liable for any damages caused when these instructions have not been followed. If the jewellery is damaged in any way or form we offer one free repair. After that there is a £30 charge to repair the jewellery.
Postage
All items are posted via Royal Mail Tracked 24 with a signature. We cannot be held responsible for any items not received after the tracking information is given it is Royal Mail’s responsibility.
