Our First Billboard Is Live – And the Response Has Been Incredible

At Heavenly Gems, we've always believed that the most meaningful moments often start small.

A conversation at a kitchen table.

A family sharing memories of someone they love.

A small Welsh family business determined to create something special for people navigating loss.

This week, we reached a milestone that honestly feels surreal.

Our very first billboard advertisement is now live.

For many businesses, a billboard might simply be another marketing channel. For us, it represents something much bigger.

It represents every family who has trusted us with their loved one's ashes, hair, fur, breast milk, fingerprints, handwriting, and precious memories.

It represents every late night in the workshop.

Every collection pack we've sent.

Every message we've received from customers telling us how much their jewellery means to them.

And now, for the first time, Heavenly Gems is being seen on a scale we could only dream of a few years ago.

A Business Built on Love and Remembrance

Heavenly Gems was never created to be "just another jewellery company."

It was born from personal loss and a desire to help others keep their loved ones close in a meaningful and beautiful way.

Every ring, necklace, bracelet and keepsake we create carries a story.

A husband.

A wife.

A mum.

A dad.

A child.

A beloved pet.

Someone whose memory deserves to be carried forward.

That mission is what drives everything we do, and seeing that message displayed on a billboard for thousands of people to see every day is something we're incredibly proud of.

The Facebook Response Has Been Overwhelming

What has surprised us most isn't the billboard itself.

It's the reaction from our community.

Since sharing the announcement on Facebook, the response has been incredible. The post has reached thousands of people, generated an amazing amount of engagement, and been shared by customers, friends, family members and supporters who believe in what we do.

The comments have reminded us why we started Heavenly Gems in the first place.

Every like, comment and share helps us reach another family who may not realise memorial jewellery exists or that there is a more personal alternative to the large national brands.

Why This Matters

One of the biggest challenges in the memorial jewellery industry is awareness.

Many families simply don't know these options exist until long after a funeral has taken place.

Our hope is that this billboard helps more people discover a way to keep their loved one's memory close, whether that's through ashes, hair, fur, handwriting, fingerprints or other meaningful inclusions.

If even one family sees our billboard and finds comfort through a piece of jewellery we create, then every penny spent on this campaign will have been worth it.
