Overview

Due to the nature of our products, All goods are exempt from being returned. You are able to cancel a order if done so within 24 hours before any collection packs are sent out, if after this time period before any jewellery is made you still want to cancel, you can still do so but the refund will be deducted for the cost of the collection pack and the postage to send it.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

Shipping

All jewellery takes a minimum of 3 weeks and up to 5 weeks. If you need a urgent order please email us and we will try our best to accommodate.

Gold items are strictly made to order so these items take between 6-8 weeks.
